The following are ViewPoint’s space fees for Summer of 09, and the 09 – 10 Winter Season. As a reminder, space fees include: free local telephone service, free cable TV, water, sewer, and a private mailbox with mail handling service. Monthly and Annual fees do not include electricity, or water/sewer. Pets Welcome!
